Krispy Kreme x Friends: Collaboration Packs

The Challenge

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE  needed an impactful strategy to drive awareness for their upcoming Friends campaign, marking the 30th anniversary of the iconic show. This exclusive campaign included a limited-edition doughnut range that needed to be delivered in a way that would stand out to Krispy Kreme's partners.

The goal was to create a memorable moment for these partners by incorporating store packs alongside a exclusive box of doughnuts.

Our Solution

Working with Krispy Kreme UK & IRE, we developed an eye-catching, classic New York taxi-themed pack, integrating the Krispy Kreme logo and a custom license plate reading "KK 2024."

Our MauveCreative graphic designers conceptualised and designed the vibrant New York Taxi artwork, drawing inspiration from the iconic taxis seen in the Friends series and our MauvePrint CAD team engineered the physical structure, which was designed to hold a dozen doughnuts in the trunk, featuring a functional opening and closing boot.

The entire taxi was crafted from cardboard and assembled by our MauvePrint production team.

The Result

The New York taxi packs were successfully delivered to Krispy Kreme partners, including leading grocery retailers, boosting awareness for the new collaboration and doughnut range. The taxi design was tailored to perfectly fit the doughnut boxes and constructed with high-quality, durable materials.

Krispy Kreme was thrilled with the final result.
