Where do I start when writing a creative brief?
Before starting your brief, assume that your audience doesn't know anything and provide as much information as possible. Let us know the intended channel and platform, and any specific sizing dimensions, if available. And provide any high-resolution assets and your brand guidelines.

Do you a have a library of previous brand assets?
Once we're working with your brand, we embrace the role of brand ambassadors and retain all essential elements, including brand guidelines, logos, images, and other valuable assets.

Depending on the size of the brief, we pride ourselves on being reactive as well as proactive, and will always work with you to hit your deadlines and be fully transparent with updates.

What is a high-res file?
High-res is short for high-resolution which means images that are crisp and high-quality. We recommend at least 72dpi, while for printed materials, a resolution of 300dpi is advised.
What file types are best for print?
PDFs are the ideal file type for print-ready artwork.
What’s included in the cost?
Prices vary based on the project's scope and complexity.
Included in the package are an array of services, encompassing creative expertise, strategic planning, comprehensive market research, efficient project management, software and asset costs.
We also include a set round of amends that we’ll agree before the project kicks off.
Will the POS designs you suggest be accepted in store?
We are retail specialists and work with our internal teams to make sure that our ideas can really become a reality. We always push retail guidelines for maximum impact.

Yes - you can use your own printer our use our own in-house print specialists. Our designers are experts in print and make sure all artwork is print-ready.
What file types are best for digital projects?
Original editable files need to be supplied as After Effects for videos and Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop files for digital or print projects.
