We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced account manager to join our team at Mauveworx. Ensuring that Mauveworx deliver an exceptional, seamless level of service to the clients you will be looking after.

What you'll do

  • Client facing role with interaction on all levels of key stakeholders
  • Onsite min. 1 day a week at client office (or where applicable)
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of account and deliver exceptional service
  • Optimise on group opportunities (creative, tech, fulfilment)
  • Manage Mauvetech platform on behalf of client and propose recommendations
  • Project manage high level campaigns / projects end to end
  • Build a strong relationship between our business, the client and store estate
  • Manage communication between client and client services
  • Create production briefs on behalf of client, simplify the process along the way
  • Responsible for budget and forecast
  • Responsible for managing and delivering reporting including reviews, SLA’s, cost savings, market / competitor reviews
  • Driving innovation and sustainability requirements, supported with industry shows and store visits
  • Review internal and external processes between our company and client to add value and streamline

What we'll need

  • A dynamic, flexible and outgoing individual with 3+ years of experience in this field
  • Have proven experience of project management, delivering on complex work
  • Be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Thrive working on your own as well as part of team
  • Get under the skin of our clients, learn their business and ways of working as well as ours, and take control of all projects and communication
  • Keen to learn and happy to help attitude
